A national non-profit charity, Smiles Change Lives, provides orthodontic treatments for children who otherwise would not receive orthodontic care, has set up a chapter in the Greater St. Louis area.  Dr. Markarian is serving on the board of the charity to help organize its efforts to get low income children the orthodontic treatments that they need…
